Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
